Our knowledge of the local communities and experience in the handling of planning applications has enabled us to complete many housing commissions.

Central to our philosophy is the effective function of buildings as a critical design element with very high level of standards and pleasing visual aspect. We place particular emphasis on “Green issues”, economical building techniques and critical cost analysis to achieve very high standards of build whilst minimising expenditure. So whether the brief is to a tightly controlled budget or to other considerations, such as running costs, our project architects have the necessary skills to embrace these factors and provide cost-effective solutions that are dynamic and of high design integrity.
