Office Headquarters (PhaseII) for FMCG

The second phase of development at Albury Court is to provide much needed additional accommodation for this rapidly expanding company.

On the site of their current offices, the client had ownership of further redundant agricultural buildings. In order to meet their long term needs, a scheme was designed which involved the conversion of the existing buildings, the construction of a new two storey building in traditional materials, linked by a contemporary vaulted structure of glass and steel, plus a cloister similar to phase I.

This sensitive, yet modern solution was accepted favourably by the Planning Authority and will compliment the completed phase I development.
