| New sports Hall for Lady Eleanor Holles School Acanthus Clews were invited to submit a competition entry for the design of a new sports hall for the Lady Eleanor Holles School, in Hampton, Middlesex. The scheme included alterations to the existing school swimming pool, changing areas, a new glazed atrium and a new reception area designed to link the pool and hall and provide a new entrance for pupils to the school complex. The sports hall design provides for six badminton courts, 1 netball, 2 basketball courts with all the required changing facilities, stores, viewing gallery and refreshment area. In this instance a smaller hall was finally chosen to be built. |
