New Club House & Hotel at Hellidon Lakes Golf Course

A £1.7m new clubhouse, leisure and hotel building set into an attractively landscaped 27 hole golf course. The brief was to provide a low cost building as a private venture, which was unique and specifically designed to suit the steeply sloping site.
